Monday, July 24 saw the Winnipeg Airports Authority (WAA) walk away from the negotiating table, forcing the approximately 150 employees represented by PSAC/UCTE into a strike situation. The workers have been without a contract since June 30, 2016 and in negotiations since October 2016.
